Malvern is just 25 miles from Philadelphia and a popular method for commuting into the city is by regional rail. Malvern is experiencing revitalization as of recent and has seen a number of technology and biotech companies move their offices to Malvern. Its residents love the walk-to amenities downtown such as restaurants, pizza places, flower shops, antique stores, post office, and shopping. Its nearby brand new shopping center includes Wegmans and Target too.
